About the course...

This is the first of a two-sequence first year graduate level course in Systems and Controls. This course is about linear systems; whereas the second course (AerE/ME/EE/Math 578) is all about non-linear systems.  Typically, EE 577 is offered in the Fall semester.

Prerequisites by Topics:

Undergraduate level Linear Signals and Systems,  Linear Algebra and  differential equations,  Laplace Transforms, Matlab familiarity.

Textbook:

Linear System Theory and Design, 3rd Edition, C. T. Chen, Oxford, 1998.
